The goal of our Helpdesk services is to provide unlimited helpdesk support to all of your users. Whether remote or onsite, with your computer or mobile device, our team is ready to provide immediate service within a guaranteed response time. To ensure that we are delivering on our promise, each of your employees is encouraged to use our customer feedback survey located at the top of each closed ticket notification email to tell us how we are doing. ManagedCare System

Our ManagedCare system gathers valuable data from every PC and server under management enabling it to spot trends and patterns which can be used to prevent problems and plan system changes or enhancements. And in the cases where problems do occur, our ManagedCare professionals have the information and tools necessary to respond to and resolve issues immediately. Back-up and Security is also completely provided with ManagedCare. Within our programs, we provide virus, spyware and spam protection, along with an onsite data back up solution for your organization.

Greenhouse IT Prevention Library

The Greenhouse IT Prevention Library distinguishes Greenhouse IT from every other provider of IT services. Every 30 seconds, all of your PCs and servers will report into our ManagedCare system with a health status. Our custom system reads each report and tags those that contain meaningful data. ManagedCare then determines, based on historical data in the library, whether it should automate a response to prevent a problem or alert our consulting team for action. And consider, you benefit from all past data compiled from all of our clients; and the Prevention Library continues to grow week by week. This process is unique to Greenhouse IT and is how we are able to prevent a high number of problems from ever impacting your staff members.

Fixed-Fee IT

Greenhouse IT believes Fixed Fee means Worry Free. For a fixed price per month, which is based on the size of your networked computer system, we will provide 24/7 maintenance and management of the existing network infrastructure and unlimited helpdesk support to your staff during business hours. You will never receive a bill from us that you didn't previously approve in writing and you will also never receive a bill for maintenance service on an hourly basis. Your IT expenses will be totally predictable.

Greenhouse IT believes a fixed fee service model creates a cooperative relationship for both your organization and ours. Because we operate strictly under a flat rate program and never charge by the hour, the more computer problems our clients have, the more overhead we incur in resolving them.
